You are very welcome. I find myself loving the idea of not being controlled by fear, as so many people are, buuut I’m not so sure about taking a cold shower. lol
Mental health is very close to my heart as well, is nice to see a have something in common.

I’ll keep an eye on your blog, it looks great. I used to write a lot of poetry on my old blog; I had a really great poem about depression and suicide which I’ve lost but I’m trying to remember the lines and put it back together again! I’ll share it with you when it’s done.
